TAV Code of Conduct
At TAV Building, we are committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and well-managed environment for all occupants, employees, visitors, and contractors. All individuals within the premises are expected to behave respectfully and professionally, avoiding any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum to ensure a conducive atmosphere for all.
For security and access control, only authorized personnel are allowed in restricted areas, and all individuals must carry valid identification or access cards, presenting them upon request. Any suspicious activity or security concerns should be reported to building management immediately. Health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations must be strictly followed, including compliance with emergency procedures. Fire exits, stairwells, and emergency access points must remain unobstructed at all times, and smoking or the use of hazardous materials within the building is strictly prohibited.
